Jorge Monteiro is an aerospace engineer and business developer. He is driven by discovering the socio-economic value of scientific research and technological innovation. He is currently the CEO of Spaceway, and a fellow researcher at C-MAST in the University of Beira Interior. He is also a post-grad alumnus from International Space University and Porto Business School, where he majored in management, finance, and business development. He has managed national and international projects such as Nanostar, a 2M€ European project for smallsat education, UNIoT, and BioD’Agro, a decision support system for AgroBiodiversity. He was NPoC in Portugal for SGAC and has been involved in many STEM and undergrad education activities on NewSpace. His main areas of interest are astrodynamics, mission analysis, small satellite constellations, IoT, and cybersecurity.

Marco Romero is a Ballistics and Satellite Navigation Specialist for the Angolan Space Program. He began his career in the Angolan National Air Force as an Aeronautical Engineer and is currently the national point of contact in Angola at the SGAC and National Outreach Coordinator for the IAU (Astronomical Dissemination Office of the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan), ambassador of the Academy of Open Cosmos and ISS Ambassador. He has an advanced master's degree in Space Systems Engineering from ISAE Supaero, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Human Space Development and Exploration Systems and Robotics (SEEDS) from ESA. Alongside operational space activities, he has been developing STEAM activities all over the world. Highlighting the support for the development of a Space Education and Outreach Program in Angola that expanded across Africa through educational programs with small satellites, videos, and even space education comics. Remains dedicated to developing a strategy to implement a new sustainable space ecosystem in African countries, regardless of their stage of spatial development

Eldrige de Melo is a Space Project Manager with over 6 years of experience in the space industry. Master in Space Project Management from ISAE-SUPAERO and a post-graduate degree in Space Commercialization and Entrepreneurship from International Space University and FloridaTech. He has a portfolio of work and project delivery in China, Angola, Poland, and for the European Space Agency, as well as experience in project management in various themes: AI, Earth Observation Constellations, Interplanetary Exploration, Synthetic Aperture Radar Satellites, SAR mobility applications and platform for service transactions and other space products.

Alina Vizireanu is a young entrepreneur, founder of AVINTERRA Consulting UK, a geospatial and Earth Observation consultancy supporting the decision-making process of local and national authorities. In her spare time, Alina is mentoring students and young professionals worldwide, to progress their careers to the STEAM industry. She is a strong collaborator of a couple of NGOs and volunteers her time for missions that inspire the Next Generation. Highlighting SGAC, SSEF UK, 4wardFutures, British Cartographic Society, Women+ in Geospatial, Romanian Space Initiative and Romanian Science Festival, Europe-India Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Inês Girão is a Geospatial Analyst. She is currently developing her PhD thesis in modelling HNVfarmland. The main goal is helping farmers, by the implementation and development of better subsidies formulas that include the natural value provided by this type of agriculture.

Eduardo Godinho is an Aeronautical Engineer, Founding Partner, and the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of OWL. He is responsible for the space connection in the sectors of Construction, Smart cities and Real Estate. Eduardo has been working with satellite data for the past two years, developing algorithms for several levels of processing and automation as well as using machine learning and deep learning to improve land use classification, cross assessing vegetation, water in the soil and land surface temperature indexes to improve the mapping of the Green and Blue Areas.
